What can I rent? And how much does it cost? You can rent condos, homes or commercial land for a theatrical presence. -- condos (Bali Hai Beach Hut, Uptown and West Towers, and Downtown lofts) -- condos start at Linden 250 per week (or about $1.00 in US dollars per week) -- homes ini the four regions (West, Uptown, East) -- prices start at $7 USD per month (Land) and 11$ USD a month (beach) which payable by credit card at this website. -- Commercial space to either build upon or have a pre-fab store or business -- Rates are determined by project. How does the process work? For CONDOS, you simply pay the white rental box for as many weeks in advance (up to 12) that you wish to pay. What are the specifics steps to buying a home and setting up the payments. 1. When in-world, turn on your map and select LAND SALES. 2. Find a home you wish to rent and BUY the land for around $1000 linden dollars (about $3.75 USD) 3. Then come to this website and sign up for the size of land you purchased. The sizes are: SMALL (512+) which is $11 USD per month plus one time setup fee of $7 payable first month only. SMALL (1024+) which is $18 USD per month plus one time setup fee of $14 payable first month only. LARGE (2048+) which is $35 USD per month plus one time setup fee of $31 payable first month only. Can I cancel at any time? Yes. Simply return here to the "PAY FOR LAND" page and click on cancel. You can cancel your land payments at any time. There is no contract. Back to Top

How do I actually "buy" the land in world? Simply touch the groud and choose "BUY" from the land menu. Follow the steps and agree to the covenants. Back to Top

What are the covenants? They are the rules of the land (any commercial ventures must be theatrical related for example) No shooting, no sexually illicit behavior in public (we run a clean island!) etc. You can read the full covenant on Broadway Live or IM or email us for a copy. The covenants protect the islands from becomming an eyesore and losing its theatrical grounding. Back to Top

What if I want to build my own house, can I do that? Yes, if you wish to have the current house removed you can simply ask us. Do remember that the covenants have some restrictions on what they house must look like and how high it can be build. Back to Top

What about skyboxes? Are they allowed? Yes, as long as they are at least 300M above the ground and the plot of land you are above fits in with the surroundings. Back to Top
